Roman candy and things of the past

Today was refreshing. A slow, decided, and leisurely walk around Audubon Park. Chloë, I wanted to write you a note about memories and about how they make us who we are to a greater or lesser extent. In the short time you've been in our lives - both your mother and I have been filled with insanely sweet and precious memories. Moments that are unquantifiable and priceless. As you go back and read through these posts, remember to take a minute or two and live in the now. I'm including a photo I snapped on our way home of the famous Roman Candy man selling his goods on the side of the road. I hope it's still around when you get older.
