One of my favorite shots from our trip. You in front of the tower, smiling, eating your first peach and cherries. Lots of people playing and having picnics around us. A group of loud Americans paraded nearby cloaked in the flag, celebrating before we ultimately lost to Ghana in the second round. Was still a neat thing to see. Your mom was wise enough to help me out of getting conned for roses some street merchant tried to sell us. The man briskly put the flowers in my hand as a gift, to which I said "thanks!" Karen then took them away from me and returned them to the young man disappointed that she knew the scheme at hand. You smiled away as always.
